Weekly Roundup (IMM #181) — MORTAL APPLES TAKE BACK THE MERCILESS SKIES

Posted by on April 27, 2014

Welcome back! Here’s what happened this week – in books and posts:

MORTAL DANGER by Ann Aguirre – So very excited to read this. LOOK AT THAT COVER.

ALLEGIANT by Veronica Roth – I finally caved in and purchased it because I saw my name in it. I knew it was going to be listed, but I completely forgot about it!

POISONED APPLES: POEMS FOR YOU, MY PRETTY by Christine Heppermann – This one’s tagline is Poems for you, my pretty and that’s enough to have me excited.

TAKE BACK THE SKIES by Lucy Saxon – Skyships and steampunk and a six-book series from a teen author? STOKED.

THE MERCILESS by Danielle Vega – Behind this innocently pink cover must be madness. I mean, we’re talking exorcism here.

Thank you HarperCollins, Macmillan, Bloomsbury, and Penguin!

  1. I’ve heard mixed things about Mortal Dangers. Some liked it some didn’t. I really want to read Take Back the Skies. I have a copy of it on my shelf! Enjoy your haul! My STS
